On this Memorial Day weekend, let us take a moment to remember the purpose of this day - to recall those who sacrificed their lives for this country and the whims of its leaders. Whatever our personal political beliefs are, many young men and women have given of their lives to fulfill the orders given to them. Although they enter the service for different reasons, they all put their lives on the line. We owe some moments of remembrance to those who have died and to their families.
