Retreat Report

Last week, I attended and intensive 16-hour retreat on the issues of professional conduct and ethics to help us avoid boundry-violation behavior and sexual abuse of those with whom we work and come into contact.

It was a powerful workshop, well presented and well attended.

For me the information was mostly repeats of things I know from my own story, from healing work and from reading/research. Staying present and not getting triggored was pretty easy. In the few moments where my mind/heart began drifting towards personal story, I was able to quickly check-in and stay safe and present.

Another thing checked off the to-do list!

Wishing you a thriver day,
Leah
