I've just been dealing with SID (sensory integration dysfunction) issues with my son and feel the way you do. And you're right, it is hard to keep up the house and those healthy eating and exercise "thriver" habits. But, the good news is that I bounce back a lot faster now when I feel overwhelmed than I used to. I hope you bounce back and feel like the thriver you are very soon!
