Working My Way Through Something

It seems to be that yet again I am working my way through a tough time. So much to do and it is so easy to just let things like the house, eating, working out - so easy to let them go. I'm trying and I'm just sharing where I am right now.

I'm going to keep striving, keep putting one foot and one finger in front of the other.

Your sister survivor,
Leah

Sounds like a good plan, to keep going one step at a time. We're with you in spirit, keep your head up and those steps will be getting done before you know it.

Leah: Hi! I am also a survivor who would like to be identified as a "thriver." But, this thing called life keeps sending challenges our way, doesn't it? I've just been dealing with SID (sensory integration dysfunction) issues with my son and feel the way you do. And you're right, it is hard to keep up the house and those healthy eating and exercise "thriver" habits. But, the good news is that I bounce back a lot faster now when I feel overwhelmed than I used to. I hope you bounce back and feel like the thriver you are very soon! Marj/Thriver

my thoughts are with you. I have been fighting my own battle - too preoccupied to offer any help to anyone...

I am sending you thoughts of blessings and strength
